Per utilizzare microfrese da 100\u03bcm sulla nostre nostre fresatrici utiliziamo un mandrino a turbina a bassissimo sbandieramento con velocit\u00e0 di rotazione di 65&#8217;000 rpm per un carico massimo di 250W. Azzeriamo i microutensili con dispositivi optoelettronici da noi stessi realizzati.<\/p>\n<p><center><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/gh_vcBzu_wc\" width=\"420\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><center><\/center><\/center>Eseguiamo lucidature e lappature per tutti quei casi in cui \u00e8 necessario ridurre la Ra (rugosit\u00e0 superficiale) di un pezzo.\u00a0 Per esempio per parti che dovanno lavorare in Ultra High Vacuum (dove una superficie rugosa diventerebbe un ricettacolo di sporco che impedisce il raggiungimento del vuoto opportuno). Oppure per parti poste ad elevati potenziali elettrici (dove una superficie rugosa innescherebbe archi voltaici per &#8220;effetto punta&#8221; sulle sue scabrosit\u00e0). O ancora dove la superficie lavorata devva avere determinate propriet\u00e0 ottiche, come nel caso della costruzione degli specchi infrarossi.<\/p>\n<p>Ci sono problematiche per le quali non disponiamo degli strumenti idonei, per esse aiutiamo comunque l&#8217;utente nella scelta delle tecnologie realizzative pi\u00f9 indicate presenti nell&#8217;industria.<\/p>\n<style
