\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;accesso ai servizi forniti dall&#8217;Officina Meccanica del Dipartimento di Fisica \u00e8 di grande importanza e utilit\u00e0 per la realizzazione delle attivit\u00e0 di ricerca del gruppo di Fisica dell&#8217;Ambiente (responsabile: dott. Roberta Vecchi).<\/p>\n<p>Tali attivit\u00e0 prevedono spesso la realizzazione di strumentazione innovativa e non convenzionale per la risoluzione di problemi specifici legati alla raccolta e all&#8217;analisi di campioni di aerosol atmosferico. Muovendosi in un contesto nel quale i prodotti commerciali non sempre soddisfano completamente le nostre esigenze, la possibilit\u00e0 di avere il supporto di una struttura ben attrezzata e dotata di personale tecnico altamente qualificato per la realizzazione di parti meccaniche ad-hoc per gli scopi della ricerca \u00e8 fondamentale.<\/p>\n<p>Per la risoluzione dei problemi che quasi quotidianamente si presentano nella nostra attivit\u00e0 di ricerca sperimentale \u00e8 molto importante l\u2019interazione con il personale dell\u2019officina sia in fase di progettazione sia in fase di realizzazione. Nel primo caso, i tecnici dell\u2019officina ci aiutano fornendo indicazioni sul come risolvere tecnicamente problemi specifici e ci suggeriscono soluzioni effettivamente realizzabili; nel secondo caso, la fase di realizzazione effettiva dei pezzi \u00e8 tutta a carico all\u2019officina stessa, ma la possibilit\u00e0 di interazione con il personale in corso d\u2019opera permette di apportare modifiche o miglioramenti che via via diventano chiari durante la fase di realizzazione pratica.<\/p>\n<p>Questo sistema di continue interazioni \u00e8 possibile solo grazie alla presenza all\u2019interno del Dipartimento di Fisica di una struttura con capacit\u00e0 tecniche e competenze in grado di risolvere la maggior parte dei problemi che si presentano nelle attivit\u00e0 di ricerca sperimentale.<\/p>\n<p>Tra gli strumenti realizzati anche grazie al supporto dell&#8217;Officina, citiamo qui l\u2019implementazione di un banco ottico per il quale l&#8217;Officina Meccanica ha realizzato opportuni porta-campioni e ha contribuito alle parti di movimentazione sia dei campioni stessi sia del rivelatore, permettendoci di effettuare misure multi-\u03bb ad angoli diversi delle propriet\u00e0 ottiche di aerosol atmosferico depositato su filtro anche per campioni con elevata risoluzione temporale.
